Available now is this 2018 Fender Vintera Road Worn 50s Stratocaster finished in the beautiful surf green with a nitrocellulose lacquer, made in Fender's Ensenada Mexico factory. The Mexican line up from Fender is great value for money and often there are no noticeable differences from their American made counterparts. The roadworn series is renowned for being some of Fender’s best recent work and in a world of their own at this price point. Nitro is very rare to get for under £1000 and this example has started to check beautifully and will continue to do so with use.
This guitar sports a lightweight alder body with aged hardware, 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo and a soft "V" profile one piece maple neck with 7.25-inch radius fingerboard. SSS pickup configuration with hot-wound vintage-style '50s single-coil pickups produces that classic strat tone with it sounding snappy, bright and articulate with a sparkly top end giving it overall a thin to medium body sound! It has the standard 5 way switching with 1 volume and 2 tone controls.
It is in very good condition as shown in the photos above and is ready to go to a new home. This guitar is perfect for aspiring guitars to seasoned professionals who are looking for a great workhorse.
